1. Service Procedures
Upon first contact, we will review your Request for Services (if the applicable form has been filled out on our website) and/or any other correspondence you may have sent in regards to the services you are in need of.
After our assessment is made, we will contact you with an outline which may include:
• An outline of the documents/topics we will be working on for you
• A price quote for the services in question
• An approximate start and completion date for the project(s)
• Information regarding our Terms of Payment
• A copy these Terms of Service
2. Start /Completion Dates
Start & finish dates will be scheduled as time permits, and in relation to any prior project commitments.
All dates are subject to change as our schedule and/or the scope of the project requires. Any conflicts and/or rescheduling will be discussed with Client if and/or when necessary.
Any additional fees required due to changes in scheduling will also be discussed with Client if and/or when necessary.
If your project is urgent or needed under a strict deadline, please include that information in the Request for Services form so we can fit you into our project schedule.
3. Changes to our Terms of Service
From time to time, the need to update or alter our Terms of Service may arise. Any updates and/or changes will be posted to our Web site.
It is your obligation to stay updated and to abide by the rules of this website.
